1、How does the ordering process work?

    Before placing your order, you can upload a photo of your pet and select the appropriate category based on your requirements. If you need more detailed adjustments, you may request revisions; we will coordinate via email and ensure you confirm the final version before the item is shipped.

2、How do I choose the right size?

     For dogs and cats, choose by weight and capacity. If you are between sizes, choose one size up. Small non-cat/dog pets require XL or larger; large or detailed custom pet shapes require XXL.

3、What kind of photo do you need?

     Clear photos are the most important requirement. The best approach is to provide clear shots of the ears, the profile (side view), the face, and a full-body front view.

4、Can changes be made to customized products?

      You may make one change during the shaping process; however, once the piece has been set and fired, no further modifications are possible.

5、What if the item is damaged during shipping?

   Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, protective materials, and damaged item. After verification, we will remake and reship it at no additional cost. Tracking is provided for every order.
