Due to the custom nature of our pet customize products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

Shipping TimesWithin the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

Shipping Cost 

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $400+.

For products priced between $0 and $99, we will charge a shipping fee of $20; for products priced between $100 and $199.99, the shipping fee will be $15; for products priced between $200 and $299.99, the shipping fee will be $10; and for products priced between $300 and $399.99, the shipping fee will be $5.flat rate shipping.

Important to Note:

• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase.

Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.  

• We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at.  

checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout。
